Click on the three dots in the upper right corner (while game is running). Choose tab graphics and check what settings you have there.
I just changed my settings to low but I still have the same problem.
Not sure if there's much you can do.

They are a bit newer then yours.
Its working now thanks to the new driver thank you so much I literally love you! I'm off to spend my entire day playing sims now haha thanks again 🙂
