Time Freeze Animations Loop - Help
I play pc sims 4 and have every dlc available downloaded into the game. I logged in to play 2 days ago. I was playing a previous save in university when the time would freeze but animations would loop continuously. I could not click on any in game objects, but was able to click the menu/ manage worlds options, but once selecting said options the loading circle would never go away forcing me to force close through task manager. I tried removing the only mod I was currently using (mccc) and playing again and was met with the same issue. I tried playing a new save and the same issue occurred after one day in game. I also tried playing a scenario and the same thing happened. I repaired my game through the EA app and the same outcome. I am attaching my DxDiag if it will help. I just want to play my game so any response would be appreciated.
@ofeebielayallday Please update the driver for your Nvidia graphics card. You can find the newest one here:

Choose the option for a Custom (not Express) install, and check the box to perform a clean install of the driver. Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play.
If you still see the same issue, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see if you run into the same problem.
