What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but vampires and spooky day stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a toddler with full hygiene and if the glitch is the same then the toddler should be dirty
What happens when the bug occurs? The toddler is dirty even with fully hygiene.
What do you expect to see? Toddler should only be dirty when they have low hygiene

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a toddler with full hygiene. The toddler will be dirty. (If its the same i dont know)
What happens when the bug occurs? My toddler has the dirty stains on clothes but has full hygiene
What do you expect to see? Toddler should only be dirty when hygiene is low
