Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hiya! I am trying here, because the AI support chatbot on the ea website keep rerouting me to an empty page and I cannot figure out how to talk to a human... So if anyone knows anything that can help, that would be very much appreciated 🙏

I updated both the EA app and Sims 4 the other day and the issue happened right after. When I opened my game it said the Toddler Stuff pack was missing from my saves, and it tells me that my saves could get messed up if I try to play them without it. So, I repaired my game and tried again, which didn't work. I went to the manage add-ons popup on EA, and it does not have Toddler stuff in it. I also went to the listing on the store, and it said I did not own it. The biggest issue is that I can't find it in my order history either... I am not sure if maybe someone bought it for me, or if I bought it on amazon, I'm not sure. However, I know I definitely had it. I use stuff from it in almost every save. After doing a bit of googling I found that if you go to C: Program Files/EA Games/The Sims 4, the Toddler Stuff pack should be there and listed as SP12. I have this. It was recommended to me that I move that folder out of this, then try to repair the game again to see if it would force reinstall it, but that did not happen.

I have quite a few mods, but I had not installed new ones before this happened.

If anyone knows anything about this or knows how to get around the AI support bot, I very much appreciated it. Thanks 😊

Since the pack isn't appearing in your Order History page, it sounds like you might be signed into a different EA account than the one you used to purchase the pack.

I've merged your post with the main thread for this topic, so please take a look at the accepted solution for more information. Essentially, you'll need to locate the EA account you purchased the pack with and sign in to regain access to the pack. Thanks!
