Toilet Paper Glitched After Update

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get To Work, Get Together, City Living, Parenthood, Vampires, Outdoor Retreat, Dine Out, Spa Day, Vintage Glamour Stuff, Spooky Stuff, Movie Hangout Stuff, Kids Room Stuff, Perfect Patio Stuff, Cool Kitchen Stuff, and Holiday Celebration Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It's a texture problem with the Toilet Paper Roll that came with the base game. The problem started when the new form of toilet paper was added. In build mode and live mode, if the toilet paper is placed on a wall and it's on the right side of it if your facing the front of the lot, the glitch will happen.
What happens when the bug occurs? One side of the toilet paper is invisible so it looks like there isn't any toilet paper left except for one sheet.
What do you expect to see? I want to see it where there isn't one side looking at it, you have barely any paper and one the other, it's completely full. I want to see it just full on both sides.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch was made for parenthood I believe but it was the patch where the new toilet paper models were added.

    @Hi_its_Nobody not sure if your issue is still open, but I took a look in my game and am not seeing the glitch.  I know you stated you don't use mods or CC, but if you haven't already, I would try clearing your cache, repairing the game via Origin and then starting a new save and taking another look at the object in it.
