Totally helplessly Hopeless ( No spoilers do not know how to remove them..)

Ok, I went to  move EA Sims4 from drive C to Drive D cause there is well more room...Not sure why things are still going on C when I had my computer set to download on D drive... anywhoo.. I deleted ...

    @RavenLure

    Sorry I was busy. You already have my reply in the mail. Check if you have created a second Documents folder on D drive.

    Maybe the old TS4 folder is there because you moved it there before.

    There must be another folder Documents or a folder that is a copy of the folder you already have on the C drive in Documents. Unfortunately, it is hard for me to guess what you have doubled there

    Maybe CCleaner will help you to clean it

@kreatora Thank you but all my old game play was deleted...I have all empty folders...all my sims are lost now. but please do let me know how to move them safely. so I have that information. Also.. I can play if throw the origin app, but there is nothing to create a short cut for sims for on my desk top
