vhwk9un0624p Just to make absolutely sure this issue is inherent to the game itself, please test in a new user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts, or rename it, which will have the same effect: your content will all be intact in that folder but won't be read by the game. A new folder will spawn when you load Sims 4 again; start a new save and see whether zoom works. Please test in both fullscreen and windowed modes, restarting the game after switching.
If it doesn't, I'd like to look over a dxdiag to see whether there's any obvious system issue to address. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
