Transfer from one PC to Another

I got a new  PC and have a save on my other hard drive which is hooked up to my new comp. I was wondering what do I bring over to save my town and sim and all? I tried coping the whole file where it ...

    @xaviersxmen  Is Sims 4 still installed on your old computer?  If so, use the in-game method described in this article to find your user folder:

    https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/

    That's where your saves are.  You can do the same on your new computer if the game launches.  Make sure you're opening the correct version of Documents: you'll likely have one tied to OneDrive and one with the file path C > Users > your username > Documents.

Well I found my documents but there was only three files in there and none the sims. Why couldnt they just keep their saves in their own folder?
