Transfering The Sims 4 from Windows PC to Windows Tablet

I own The Sims 4 on CD/DVD and have installed it on my home PC. I have just bought a Windows Tablet. I am wondering if there is any way I could transfer or copy my copy of The Sims 4 from my home PC to my new Windows Tablet without buying and downloading a new copy. My new Windows Tablet does not have a CD/DVD drive. Could you please answer here and on my personal e-mail: [edit: email address removed]

Is it a Windows RT or full windows tablet ? What are the specs of it (tablets are usually not made for game since they don't have graphic cards in it).

To answer your question though, you can just download it through Origin. Get the client here: http://origin.com/download , login to your account and find the game in myGames.
