transferring data please help

Question

this might be a dumb question, but is it possible to transfer sims 4 from 1 game on one ea account to another? i want to transfer my sims 4 game and all of my packs (game, expansion, stuff packs) onto another ea account, i contacted an ea advisor but they only said they could transfer the game and expansion packs and make me lose all my data and stuff packs which i&nbsp;paid money for. is there any&nbsp;possible way to transfer all of my packs, the sims 4 and the data? the data is the least of my priorities, i&nbsp;just want to transfer all of the packs and the game first.&nbsp;

Hi @sighchologicusually it's not possible to transfer stuff unless you have two accounts and you have them merged by support.Not sure why the advisor said it was possible but if, only advisors can help you with it.Backing up your data is easy though. Just do this: https://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/backups/Also changing your EA account won't make you loose your data.

Adding to what Crinrict posted:Contact EA customer service to ask if you can merge your old account with your new one. You will need proof that you own both accounts.
