@AllyLee  This computer is okay, but its graphics card may or may not be quite enough to run Sims 4 on the highest graphics settings by the time the game is out of development.  I believe it has a slow mechanical hard drive, and a power supply that's just barely enough (which you might not care about, but it means that if you wanted to add or upgrade a component, you'd need a new PSU as well).  The two screenshots you posted also disagree on whether it has 8 or 16 GB RAM.  In short, I think you could do better.

I'm not sure what your budget is, so I had a quick look around, and I found this:

It has a better processor, a better graphics card, and a smaller but much faster hard drive, all for $710.  It does only have 8 GB memory, but you could add a matching RAM stick for maybe $50.  You could also add a 1 TB mechanical hard drive for around $45, if and when you decided you needed one, although a 500 GB drive will fit TS4 and a couple of small games, plus documents, browsers, etc.

If this isn't what you had in mind, I'd be happy to look around a bit more.  Just let me know what you'd like to see.
