Trouble Downloading Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle
Hello, I bought the Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle expansion pack at a store and despite having inserted the game code on the EA app, the game isn’t downloading when I press the "Download" button. Moreover, it says that I already have the game, however it is not downloaded and I cannot access it. There are no version issues with my PC and I even previously installed with no issues The Sims 4 Snowy Escape, which is more recent than The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle. What is the solution please?
- @puzzlezaddict thank you! I actually created a file entitled “EP09” since it wasn’t there, and when I clicked on Download The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle it started downloading itself. So now I have no issues anymore and I can play my game with no problem
