Trying to get rid of roaches crashes to desktop

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Latest version (Origin isn't working for me to check)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Let an indoor trashcan develop flies and roaches
What happens when the bug occurs? "Try to get rid of roaches" - if you do it more than 2 times in a row it will crash the game to desktop. If you do something between the stomping, even just move somewhere and come back, it won't happen. But if you click "Try to get rid of roaches" multiple times in a row you'll get the crash.
What do you expect to see? Stomped roaches going away and the game not crashing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

This just started after the Eco Living update. My house is in the new world, one trash can in the house, a dumpster outside the house.
