Trying to play Sims 4 is getting us mad

After having a lot of trouble getting Sims4 to work again last week, we can start the program again, but we still cannot play with it. The game seems to fly away from the screen and the screen becomes black, the game reappears on the screen again, and flies away again. We can't even close the game.

Sometimes we seem to get control of this after half an hour, but every time we have to close and restart the game it is the same thing, we can't get control over the screen.

This is really getting us mad.
