TS4_DX9 application error crash
hello! I keep having this crash issue with and without mods. I took my mods out, deleted Electronic Arts and started fresh without mods, but nope kept crashing with that error. This has never happene...
@Sunywolffff The dxdiag worked fine and is telling me what I wanted to know. It looks like Sims 4 might be running out of memory, in that is a common cause of this type of crash. Your laptop's page file is also somewhat small and almost all used. This is where the processor stores overflow data that would normally be in RAM but doesn't fit, and while you're playing, the system is likely pushing a lot of data to the page file. So please try manually increasing its size. Here's how (option three):

Set the minimum to 12288 and the maximum to 16384, restart your computer, and try again to play.
