TS4 mods folder deleted, previous solutions not working.

My updated mods weren't working but I had so many that I just went ahead and deleted my mods folder to start fresh. I have done this before and gotten it back by disabling mods, restarting, enabling ...

@rkellyg683  The game reads the Mods folder in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4.  Do you use OneDrive, and if so, are you trying to open a Mods folder inside OneDrive's cloud storage?  You can see the file path above the list of files and folders.
