Game Crashes Since the Last Update (Loading and Saving Issues)
Hello,
Since last update, I'm experiencing constant crashes during loading, saving, or using the gallery. I've already tried multiple solutions : fixing the game in EA App, removing the Mods folder, deleting the cache files, running the game in Windows 8 and with DX9, checking the compatibility of my computer with DXdiag...None of this fixed the issue. I've tried with new, clean saves, and it's still randomly crashing during loading, saving, or using the gallery. I have a brand new screen, but I don't think the problem comes from this, since I've adjusted my settings. I had no crash problem with my game before the last update. Sometimes Sims 3 crashed on my PC, but Sims 4 never did ! That's why I think the update is responsible...But I'm not sure...It's really frustrating !
Does anyone encounters the same problem ? Do I just have to wait for the next update, or shall I try something new ?

TDR-0211 Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows your computer's page file is somewhat small. The Sims 4 crashes could be due to the game running out of memory, so increasing the page file, where the processor stores data that would normally be in RAM but doesn't fit, is a logical next step. Here's how (option one):

Set the minimum to 12288 and the maximum to 16384, and restart your computer.
If that doesn't help, the next-most-common cause of this type of Sims 4 crash is a bad graphics driver, so please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:
