I have some clothes and hair mods. The problem is I already deleted them and tried aging sim up again but the Sim order still changed.
They should be ordered by age. It can happen that the order changes if you have two Sims that are the same age but teen should not come before young adult.
Have you tried moving the family out and back in via edit town ?
Thank you for getting back to me. Traveling back and forth or moving out doesn't fix the issue unfortunately. I even tried to move Sim 2 to another lot, then moved her back to the house with Sim 1, she's placed before Sim 1 still. Normally the order was Sim 1 - Sim 2.
I think it's not the age. In Windenburg world there's a Bjergsen household. I tried to age up Elsa Bjergsen who was a Teen and younger sister to Sofia Bjergsen. Sofia was young adult for a few days. The result was almost the same. Before aging up it was Mom-Dad-Sofia-Elsa. After aging up it became Mom-Dad-Elsa-Sofia, even though Sofia is a few days ahead.
This is without any Mods installed, latest patch. And I've repaired the game, doesn't fix the issue.
I don't even know what's wrong with my game or it's just how the game work? : (

I have the same problem. I added a new sim to a household and now she comes first. all three in the household are young adults, but I'd assume the first one made would be the first one there
