TS4_x64.exe file missing

So I was trying to install gshade and I need the TS4_x64.exe file, but it's not in the folder. There isn't even anything in my Origin Games folder. I've tried everything, but to no avail. I've tried searching for the file in "This PC" but it's completely gone. 

My game runs completely fine. 

And if anyone needs to know, I originally downloaded The Sims 4 from Steam. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
