TS4_x64.exe file missing

So I was trying to install gshade and I need the TS4_x64.exe file, but it's not in the folder. There isn't even anything in my Origin Games folder. I've tried everything, but to no avail. I've tried ...

Since your game runs there is no way the file could be missing. Since you got it on Steam it will be in your Steam game folder.
