Hi @digitok.
When the EA Help team tried manually granting the guitar to your account did they provide you with a code, or did they just say they had added the item from their side?

I believe they may have tried simply adding the item from their end, but they did also supply me with a redemption code to try. If I remember correctly, upon entering the code in Origin, it displayed some text indicating that it was indeed a code for Grim's guitar. However, submitting the code just displayed an error stating that the code was invalid (even though it clearly recognised the code after entering it / before pressing submit).

I'm going to reach out and see if I can get some more info on what might be happening with this. Once I have an update I'll follow up here and let you know.
Update:
I heard back with some additional info on this, and it sounds like there might be an issue that's preventing the EA Help team from granting the guitar manually from their side. It's still available for signing up for the newsletter, so there may also be a separate issue that didn't grant it to your account when you signed up.
We've sent this up for a look at why the EA Help team might be unable to grant it from their side. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
