Unable to change vet clinic uniform

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.46.15.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & Dogs, Seasons, backyard stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? buy vet clinic, try to change uniforms.
What happens when the bug occurs? If you click on the black polo shirt with brownish.orange paw print on left side of shirt, then exit back to live mode. Sim will be gone, no icons in lower right except aspirations with a question mark. No uniforms. clock will still count up, but nothing can be done, can move camera around, but no sim. Works with male and female outfits. If you choose the other top it works fine, but I can't get that in black, that is why I tried the polo shirt one.
What do you expect to see? I expect to go back to live mode with my sim in the vet clinic. I was able to access that shirt in previous household, but not this one.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Just made a second household with a single white young adult. Used motherlode to get him enough money to buy vet clinic. (Does anyone ever make enough to buy one without motherlode cheat?) Tried to change the vet uniforms from default to black polo shirt with black long pants and loafers. Will not return to live mode without maki8ng sim disappear, and all the icons on lower right of screen disappear. Leaving only aspirations of zero there. When clicked, it shows a blank pop up box. I can change to the other shirt option and it will work correctly, however, that shirt cannot be had in black, so I chose purple. Works fine. Will not work with black polo shirt though.
