Unable to connect to EA servers to activate The Sims 4

I can't seem to be able to connect, what do i do? ☹️

    Thanks for the posts everyone. We're seeing a lot of these come in within the last few minutes, we are investigating. 


    Edit: Can you check again? Some users are reporting that the issue is resolved.

Have you been able to play before, or did this start suddenly? Have there been any changes on the system lately?

Yes, I played Sims 4 quite a lot but been on a slump for a month. Upgraded earlier to windows 10 but I don't think that's the problem. ☹️
