Unable to connect to EA servers to activate The Sims 4

I can't seem to be able to connect, what do i do? ☹️

    Thanks for the posts everyone. We're seeing a lot of these come in within the last few minutes, we are investigating. 


    Edit: Can you check again? Some users are reporting that the issue is resolved.

Hey guys, I just got mine to work (I'm on a Mac). I closed Origin, and launched Sims 4 from the Applications folder. It opened up Origin as well, but the game started with no errors. Hope this will work for you too!

    Hmmm will try that but probably tomorrow as It's already night time here and I was too frustrated trying to make it work for almost half a day. But thank you very much for the suggestion 🙂
