Yes, this is currently a bug with the game.
If it's just custom music, you need to wait until EA fixes it.

I'm sorry, I'm still working on figuring out where to post stuff. My brain is old and moldy. I'm still having the same issues with custom music not playing. I uninstalled/reinstalled/repaired/deleted folders/renamed folders, yadda yadda...still to no avail. My custom music is in the folders, but doesn't show in the game and doesn't play on any stereo. I will keep checking back and doing my best to post in the appropriate places.
