Unable to install Home Chef Hustle After Purchase
I was able to buy it, but it's greyed out in my game, and I can't find where to download it!

So I just brought the new home chef hustle pack from ea. Went through no problems but I can't download it. It's just a blank screen whenever I click on the pack from the ea app. It says I own the add on but it hasn't yet been downloaded. How can I fix this?
Ea states at the top things are taking a little longer than usual to load up but I've been on a blank screen for 25 mins..
I had the same issue, what worked for me:
- Go to the Sims 4 page on the EA app
- Click on manage
- Click on manage add-ons
- The pack should show up on the top and it should say download next to it
I am having this same issue. I click download and sometimes a loading screen appears for a brief moment but then the download never starts.
