Unable to install Home Chef Hustle After Purchase
I was able to buy it, but it's greyed out in my game, and I can't find where to download it!

I tried to buy the new home chef pack, it double charged me, and I don't have the download. I don't know what to do, when you call ea now, it just has a message that they wont help you by phone anymore, and to go to their website to their chat. So i go to the website to their chat, and it doesnt work. It requires you to choose from the dropdown menu to select platform, but there are NO options, so you cant select, so you cant chat. How am i supposed to contact them? The stupid app took money TWICE and no download???
@EA_Cade I bought the pack but it never downloaded and it charged me twice. How do I get to a person at ea and get a refund?
go to ea origin and click on manage games and it was there for me.
- @Pixie-Pig2017 origin? I have the stupid ea app...plus the issue of the double charge...
