go to ea origin and click on manage games and it was there for me.
@Pixie-Pig2017 origin? I have the stupid ea app...plus the issue of the double charge...

@coaimhe The order history page not loading for some accounts is being investigated. Please just provide the EA Error ID via the link above in your case.
I cant I open the error reporter, and go down to where it tells me to click, to open a case and it takes me to a white page that says

I am having the same issue. How do we fix this? I purchased it hours ago and its in my purchase history but the game won't download.
Having the same issue. Ive uninstalled the game, verified files, cleared EA cache, nothing works.
I'm also having the same issue. I purchased it hours ago and it still won't download and will not show up in my manage add ons section on the EA app. However it is showing up as purchased in my order history. For some reason the EA app is refusing to acknowledge that I bought it at all.
I've reported it with the EA Error Reporter on the app. I can provide the report ID here if that helps.
I am having a similar issue I brought it and it said its downloaded but when I try to use it in game. It says there nothing there.
- @coaimhe Yes the ea app. Go to Manage next to the play button. Click on it and go to manage add-ons. It should be there.
I did its a blank rectangle, i am assuming it will magically appear like it did for others, i have no problem being patient and waiting, the more pressing issue is the fact that it double billed me and trying to figure out a way to get that sorted
actually it just started downloading, now just need to get the double charge sorted
