Unable to install Home Chef Hustle After Purchase
I was able to buy it, but it's greyed out in my game, and I can't find where to download it!

@yeiminb2009 Same here. I have received NO support from EA towards a resolution. I submitted two tickets as well.
I was finally able to chat with an EA representative today and this is what he responded - we already have a known issue regarding this reported by many of our players. I would request you to kindly wait as this issue has been escalated already with our tech team and they are working diligently to solve it as we speak. We apologize for this inconvenience. I would request you to wait for some time till this gets through. I know nobody likes to wait however rest assured the team is actively working on it and the issue is being addressed on priority.
Some sort of communication to us having issues would have been nice.
for real! why would they shut down the chat option on the EA help website? makes no sense and makes it so much more difficult to get a fix to this. thank you for telling us what they said!!

Mine is finally fixed and was able to download the game yesterday evening. Crossing my fingers everyone on this threat will soon be fixed! This was not cool and disappointed in the lack of communication from EA .
I was able to download mines just a moment ago. Hope this issue is resolved for everyone. I will say when i selected download, it showed the sims 4 pending download, when i closed that window, the Chefs Hustle started to download and completed. When I launched my game it was there.

I am having the same issue. I bought the pack on Friday and it hasn’t installed.
I sent an error report and heard nothing until this morning when I got an email saying the issue ws fixed. It’s still not downloading.

How did other people get this resolved?Hi, I don't know if this could help...or at least give some hope, after more than 48 hour, I just reload EA app and I was finally able to download the game. So maybe they are working on it or it will resolve by itself and it just take a little more time. I hope you all will be able to download the game without any other issues
