Unable to install Home Chef Hustle After Purchase

I just bought the new Home Chef Hustle Pack today, it has definitely been purchased as I have order confirmation and the payment came out of my bank, however, it has not been downloaded, and when I click on it on the EA app it just says to purchase it.

I was really eager to play this tonight as it's my only day off work. I am wondering how I fix this, I have rebooted my PC, logged out of the EA app and back in, and repaired my game amongst other things. I am also hoping I will be reimbursed in someway due to this error, as I really don't think its fair.
