I tried to buy the new home chef pack, it double charged me, and I don't have the download. I don't know what to do, when you call ea now, it just has a message that they wont help you by phone anymore, and to go to their website to their chat. So i go to the website to their chat, and it doesnt work. It requires you to choose from the dropdown menu to select platform, but there are NO options, so you cant select, so you cant chat. How am i supposed to contact them? The stupid app took money TWICE and no download???

This is on purpose. They don't want to help. It's extremely frustrating and disgusting. I have been begging them to fix this issue for me ever since Horse Ranch came out. I still can't play my game. Good luck, but don't hold your breath.
