Unable to load my saved games

@jrixie82 Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

If that doesn't help, please make sure OneDrive isn't automatically syncing the contents of Documents to cloud storage. You can disable OneDrive entirely, or just prevent it from syncing:
