Unable to open and play Sims 4

Ever since the new Business & Hobbies update, I'm have not been able to open my sims 4 game again.I open the EA Launcher and click play on Sims 4, then it starts loading and then right when it's supposed to open the sims game homemenu page, it exits right back into the launcher

I've done every single step I can think of but it's still not opening.
