Unable To Play Horse Ranch :-(

I hope I am in the right place! Yesterday I bought Horse Ranch. Since then I have tried to play and figure out what is wrong. Basically, I downloaded it and was so excited to get it! It said I own it, and that it was downloaded but....when I started a new game, it didn't show the new world. I placed the character in an old world and took him on vacation to see if I could find it! I did find it, grayed out and when I hovered on it it said I had not installed the game, it was pre-ordered and not available yet for download. Since then I have tried a million things it seems, but it is always the same. I haven't been this frustrated since the original Sims!

    Hi, I have tried to get Horse Ranch to work for two days now. I asked here a few hours ago and nobody has seen it I don't think. It won't let me open a case, saying their bot noticed something wrong... Can someone please tell me how to contact EA by phone or speak to someone on the website? I am so disappointed!

  • @Rocket98  Does other Horse Ranch-related content, for example new objects or CAS items, show up?  Please look manually in case the HR tags aren't working either.  If this content is present, the problem is likely mod-related, so remove your mods and test.

    If no HR content is present at all, please run a search for EP14 , which is the folder for Horse Ranch.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP14 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.

    Edit:  I've merged your new post into your original thread.  This is a players-help-players forum, meaning that response times vary depending who's online and posting.  EA itself doesn't have phone support anymore, except in France or Germany.  Live chat is available if you can navigate the help menu; if you're still getting the bot error, try with a different browser or device.
