Re: [ANSWER IN THREAD] Ongoing Purchase Restrictions on More Sims 4 EPs

I have recently switched from origin on Mac to the EA app on windows. I was able to download all my purchases however when I wanted to add new expansion packs and kits it shows up as not available for purchase on the EA app and doesn't allow me to purchase on the sim's website. 

After multiple sessions with an advisor on EA help they told me to clear the cache, changing region locations, uninstalling and installing the app but nothing worked. 

I need help has anyone faced this issue and how can I fix it.
