Unable to reinstall the Sims 4

Hello,

Hoping someone can help out! 😕mileyhappy:


My partners computer wiped itself taking absolutely everything back to factory settings. The Sims 4 is also now gone. He has gone to reinstall the game through origin, however nothing comes up in his "My Games" etc & when he tries putting the disk in & enters the code, it comes up with the "This code has already been used" error message. He has no back ups etc & has tried it on an old origin account to make sure he was actually on the right one but still no luck!

Please help! 🙂

    If the game is no longer shows up on your Origin client, please try the following things

    • Restart Origin
    • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the username. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place
    • Reinstall Origin
    • Restart your router/modem,
    • Get in touch with a game advisor.
