Unable to start: Can't run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system.

    Your graphics drivers are from 2012. There should be newer ones. Go tot he AMD website to updated instead of through Steam.

Same here, I have an ATi 5770 - should this not be up-to-date enough for Sims 4?

    me too i cant my video card is: 

    GPU: GeForce GT 220

    CPU: Intel( R) Pentuim(R) CPU G630 @ 2.70GHz

    Memory: 3.98GB

    Current Resoulution: 1366 x 768, 60Hz

    Driver Ver: 320.49

    Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate.
