    Your graphics drivers are from 2012. There should be newer ones. Go tot he AMD website to updated instead of through Steam.

You're graphics card doesn't have any dedicated memory. Many with this chip have the same issue. I don't think you can run the game.

    could you have at look at my DxDiag please i had sims 4 working at launch but now it just crashes at intro ☹️ http://pastebin.com/fLQGg9zK
