Your graphics drivers are from 2012. There should be newer ones. Go tot he AMD website to updated instead of through Steam.
That's the problem though, according to www.systemrequirementslab.com I have the minimum requirements for Sims 4. My graphics card is the "AMD Radeon HD 5800 Series"
I download the AMD autodetect tool to make sure I am up to date on my drivers and I am.
I even tired the -w to get it into window mode and it still gives me this same error message.

Community Admin@lilxdemon Yep, your machine should easily play the game. Just to check for simple stuff, have you restarted your machine and repaired the game?
If so, for the next step try restarting with a Clean Boot, in case some 3rd party program is somehow interfering.
