23 times to launch the game
i have to try launching my game up to 23 times and restart my computer 2x during this process to actually get in to play. I have tried clearing the game cache and my computer cache. i don't know what else to do to try and fix this. But its getting really frustrating and probably bad for my computer at this point. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!
WINTER20060 The next time you play, try forcing the game to open in windowed mode. Open Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero). You want the fullscreen setting, not anything else with "fullscreen" in the name.
If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
