Hi, i did just try it and i installed all 9 drivers that came up, restarted the computer and then tried opening The Sims 4 again, same error. I checked if anything was diffrent when it came to my graphics card driver, same driver.
Hello,
@crinrict - Based on the information from the DxDiag report, the graphics card is an ATI Radeon HD 4870. Which is very weird, as that specific card is on the data files outlining the supported cards (by EA) from the game files. Usually this message pops up if the card is not in these data files.
I can also confirm that you have the latest graphics driver (8.970.100.11), as the support for the HD 4000 series (and other cards beforehand) ended in 2013. So everything suggests that you shouldn't be receiving this error message.
I'll have a think to try and work out what the issue is, so I'll hopefully get back to you soon.
I hope this helps and keep simming,
Cody
Hi there, i suspected so with the driver! Thank you for your answer and time, i really hope the issue is solvable!
