Unable to start: Initialization error at start up

Windows 10 install.Go to start the game by double click on Icon, says origin is starting then and then------------------------------------------------------Unable to start:Initialization error at start up.[135dec40:29f00e76:00000084:18a1dd51]---------------------------OK---------------------------Closing dialog I can see the GUI disappear behind (even though no other game GUI is rendered when message box appears).Turn off real time protection and it works. I've added the origin folder (and origin.exe) as exclusions, as well as the Sims folder, and the TS4.exe.Do I have to turn off Virus protection when my kids want to play this game ?&nbsp;

@bulgakovmaster&nbsp; Try adding TS4_x64.exe too.&nbsp; TS4.exe is the executable for the 32-bit Legacy Edition of the game.

And no, you shouldn't have to disable realtime protection, although some antivirus software doesn't get along with Origin at all.&nbsp; Before you go to that extreme, there are other steps you can try as well:
