Unable to start: Origin is currently not running

Hi,

I have very common issue. Game isn't running - after clicking on Play button and 1 minute I get error dialog:

Unable to start:

Origin is currently not running. Please make sure that Origin is running before attemting to play sims 4

I had same issue about 1 year ago, I forgot solution, but I think I tried that solution and this time it didn't help.

What I did:

-Reinstalled Origin(deleted all folders, deleted all Origin Keys in Win Registry)

-Tried Compatibility mod for both, game and Origin

-Tried change language to ENG

-Tried 32bit version

-many reboots

-Antivirus and Firewall were disabled

-Deleted game files from documents

-Deleted all files related to Sims4 and Origin. (includes cache, saves,  ... all Origin folders I found on my hard drive) except Sims 4 main folder in program files. 

-Update game an repair game.

-Force to update Sims4 (I found tutorial - temporary move game folder, click on install in Origin, close Origin and move files back)

-always run Origin and Sims4 as Admin

-used restore point in windows  - before windows update

- ... i think i forgot something, I am doing this half day.

My OS is windows 10, I have Sims 4 digital deluxe, no DLC, never used mods.

This is very common issue, I found plenty of players having same error. Looks like this is happening to us for very long time, around 7 years.

For some players solutions above helped, but many times it didn't.

    @m666jaros - I have seen some reports that Origin needs your time & date set to the computer's region. If your time or date is off, or not auto-synching correctly, there can be problems. I know it's a long shot, but can you double-check and reset your computer's system time & date to the make sure it's set to your computer's regional settings?

    @m666jaros DId you also disable the ransomwear security settings in Windows when disableing Antivirus/Firewall ?

    Is Origin actually running or not ?

    windows security is disabled automatically if you use third party software and yes, Origin is running, I had no issue with Origin, only Sims4.

    About security.

    I have ESET EndPoint Security, I disabled antivirus and firewall.

    Now, if I go to Windows security or Windows Firewall it's telling me is disabled, because I have ESET installed. Even if I disable ESET, Win Security and Firewall is still disabled.

    But I checked anyway and windows firewall knows about Sims4 and it's allowed.

    Yes, I did it. I have seen that webpage before. 

    First, I was trying to find solution by myself and I tried everything I found on the internet.

    I forgot mention few things I tried, because i did too many things. Disable Origin in Game was one of first things I did.

    And I checked again. This is still disabled.

    Entire windows security is disabled. I checked again. 

    This is very strange, one day I was playing Sims 4 without issue, then I didn't install or change anything in my PC, I was only browsing internet, reading emails, playing other games. No change in my PC. After 2 days this happend

    I forgot, one more thing. There was windows update, but I used recovery point, I moved my windows back to time before that update.

    @m666jaros Have you tried making a new admin user account on windows and tried playing through that ?

    yes, I did.

    I think I tried everything what is on the internet about this issue.

    I need something new.

    sometimes, but not when I play games. Only for 18+ staff :D :D

    I have only basic NAT, no extra firewall settings on my router. Actually only default settings.
