Unable to start Sims 4 Error

On launch of the Sims 4 I receive the following error

Unable to start:

Cannot start because the required game data is missing or damaged. Please try reinstalling the game.

[85262c58:29f00e75:00000000]

I have done as the message requested and redownloaded an installed via Origin.  I have exited and restrted Origin as well.  I still get this error.  I have included the text of a DxDiag of my system in this message.  Please advise on the corrective actions needed.

    Do you have any issues with any recently installed games, or the CAS demo? Can you try restarting Origin as an administrator, then run the repair function on TS4 from within the My Games page?

    Hi, my error was:

    Unable to start

    Cannot start because required game data is missing or damage. Please try reinstalling the game.

    My problem was a file i downloaded from TSR. I am still trying to figure out what is the .package that is causing the error but in my case, is not a problem with Origin nor the game. I guess it is a type of crash based on a corrupted custom file.

    The best thing is to have diferent folders from the sites you download custom .package, in the Mods folder, so you can take them out of the game until you figure out which file is the one having the problem and report it to the creator.

    I AM ON THE SAME ACCOUNT THAT I DOWNLOADED THE GAME FROM BUT IT STILL NOT WORKING

    this freaking sucks its been a month that i havent been able to play a game that i spent my dam money on idid every thing everone told me to do and still nothing this is the freaking worst customer service ever no one has called or emailed me yet and i want my money back or fix the dam problem

    I have used the run as administrator function on Origin, and performed the repair function a few times and I still get the error

    Do you have a the sims 4 folder in documents\electronicarts ?
