What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Digital deluxe Upgrade, Holiday Celebration, Outdoor Retreat, Jungle Adventure, My First Pet stuff, Cats and Dogs, Get to Work, City Living, Seasons.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This occurs immediately after selecting the game from the origins app
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing, I get a window that states; Unable to start, Initialization Error at Startup, [135dec40:29f00e76:00000084:18a1dd51]
What do you expect to see? the game start up
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
