Unable to uninstall the sims 4

Hi, first of all I will start of saying that i damaged my game's files. I was unable to play the game, everytime I tried to open it, there was an error. So I tried to fix the game in the EA app, which did nothing, then I wanted to uninstall the game, but again, nothing happened, the game was still seen in the EA app. Then I tried to uninstall it in the control panel and in the Windows settings, but the game was still there. Then I deleted the game files, tried to uninstall it again, but it didn't work. Then I uninstalled the whole EA app, logged in with an account that didn't have the game added, but again, it was seen as already installed. So then I tried to uninstall it on CCleaner, again didn't work, so I deleted it on CCleaner from the registry. Now the game doesn't show up on the apps installed on my computer in settings, but it is still seen on the EA app, which causes me to be unable to install it again. Please help me.
