Unintentionally received a pack that I didn't buy?
Hey to anyone replying, I have been experiencing an issue, I recently purchased a pack on its own from 'cdkeys.com' which is basically another way to buy a sims pack, I sometimes also purchase these packs on the sims game or EA itself I think I might of purchased it through the EA but I'm sure as it was a little while ago. However, for some reason about a week later after I returned to the game I noticed that I owned the 'get to work' expansion pack when I don't remember purchasing it myself, I checked in my recent purchases in my EA account but it was no where to be found. I had this for a couple months as I was playing with it in game with my sims randomly as I owned it for some reason? and I had all the furniture and everything else included and then today I joined the game and for some reason it came up asking me to pay for the pack and when I went to 'owned expansion packs' it didn't come up so how come I have received this pack and played it on the game for free but then Its now asking me to pay after I've already used it myself? This is confusing to me as I don't know how it randomly decided to say that I owned it to start with but now its asking me to pay? Am I able to get back and I dont understand what exactly happened can someone please explain or help as to why this has occurred?
