Unintentionally received a pack that I didn't buy?

Hey to anyone replying, I have been experiencing an issue, I recently purchased a pack on its own from 'cdkeys.com' which is basically another way to buy a sims pack, I sometimes also purchase these ...

@Rhian175437 Did you get an EA Play subscription at some point ? GTW is included in that and if you no longer have it, you no longer have the pack.

Hi.

I'm not sure I don't even remember purchasing the subscription to start with, however I think that it may be linked to my xbox subscription as my accounts linked to xbox and I recently cancelled my Xbox subscription but I'm not sure because after I cancelled it it took a few days to process until the pack in game was gone. So I think it may be that issue and I might have to get the subscription to receive the pack but I'm confused how it was only that pack and I didn't remember receiving it or even getting chance to like pick what pack it was.

    @Rhian175437 I don't know how XBox subscriptions work but if that enabled you to have an EA Play basic subscription, then GTW is all that's free. Fort EA Play Pro there's also a stuff pack you get (not sure which one).

    It doesn't let you pick.
