Uninvited guest and thieves

I get Random sims just entering my apartments and houses all the time and I can’t make them leave I have to make a group and make all go outside and lock my doors. At first I thought it was only happening to celebrities because the paparazzi and stans was entering the property and house but then it started happening to every household.

I have also noticed since the latest patch that Sims without kleptomaniac trait keeps stealing from the active household.
