@Meredith244 Do you run the Legacy Edition of Sims 4? If so, that's why Discover University won't work: it doesn't run at all in the LE. Switching to the normal version would fix the issue, if you can do so. Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, and select 64-bit from the dropdown menu.
If you'd like to know whether your computer can run the standard version, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

If you're already running the standard version of Sims 4 and still don't see DU, please clear Origin's cache, then repair the game (right-click on the Sims 4 icon and select Repair.) Here's how to clear Origin's cache:
