I downloaded and installed the game but every time I try to go into the actual game it doesn’t show up as one of my packs. Next to all of my other packs the orange ‘play’ button is available but for University living it just says ‘details’. Please help!!
@Meredith244 Do you run the Legacy Edition of Sims 4? If so, that's why Discover University won't work: it doesn't run at all in the LE. Switching to the normal version would fix the issue, if you can do so. Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, and select 64-bit from the dropdown menu.

If you're already running the standard version of Sims 4 and still don't see DU, please clear Origin's cache, then repair the game (right-click on the Sims 4 icon and select Repair.) Here's how to clear Origin's cache:
